The reason I became a Personal Trainer was to help others exercise and share my love of fitness. By doing this it will help you reach your greatest potential. I enjoy teaching anyone who wants to learn the “Why” behind workouts and to help everyone achieve their goals.
I have knowledge in many types of exercise specialties and I enjoy taking my knowledge and applying it to the sessions and giving individuals confidence in their workouts.
